Welcome to Van Texas Online!! A website for the small town with the BIG heart!!

When I started this website in 2005, I had NO idea that Van had so much to offer. I was just collecting a list of businesses and services in Van and shared it online.

I was surprised to discover that Van has well over 100 businesses. Mostly small businesses, but hey..we ARE a small town.

Some businesses, like the Hilliard Funeral Home, and Stoney’s Dinner Bell have been around a very long time. Many businesses are much newer,  started as access to the internet improved in our rural east Texas community.

Take a look at the simplified version of the Van Texas Business Directory. Everything on one page. It’s a whole lot easier to quickly find what you need without all that clicking.

I believe it is the most comprehensive directory for Van, Texas.

If your business isn’t listed, use the contact form to let me know. I will be glad to add you to the Business Directory.

If there is interest, I will add another page for teens and adults offering services like baby-sitting, dog walking, errand running, etc..

Our small town continues to grow. Van has a brand new football stadium at Van High School. It is absolutely gorgeous. We have good restaurants, coffee shops, banks, churches, and one of the BEST school systems in the state of Texas.

Thanks to the very hard work of a few residents, we can proudly say we have a library of our own.  The Van Community Library is located in the Community Center on Chestnut Street.

Please join us in welcoming another new business.
